Primarily, it focusses on issue fixing. There's still a lot of issues in beta 3 though, including some that seriously affect regular actions such as compiling the project (debugger connection problems often occur when doing a lot of compiling) Unfortunatly, the beta 3 does not offer as many new features as the second beta.
