"Deleted the Flex Builder 2 folder, the Flex Builder 3 folder, and the documents/Flex Builder 2, documents/Flex builder 3 and the documents/Flex Builder Moxie folders that were in my documents folder, and reinstalled the latest version. This seems to have done the trick... for another 136 days, apparently..." If anything else fails at least on a Mac you can do this..
